Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

United Kingdom:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days – £3.50

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over £50

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days – £6.95

International Shipping:

  • We ship to select countries. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can monitor your parcel’s journey anytime.

4. Delays & Lost Packages

Delays may occur due to external factors such as weather or customs. If your package hasn’t arrived after 10 business days (UK) or 20 business days (international), please contact us at contact@joyhato.com.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your address is accurate at checkout. Joyhato is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete information. Reshipping fees may apply.
