1. Return Eligibility

You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You provide valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened or used cosmetic products unless they are faulty or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened skincare or makeup products

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Final sale or clearance items

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@joyhato.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.

4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 72 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra charge.
